Denis Subbotnitskiy leads the strategic planning and execution of high-level global events focused on energy, sustainable financing, and development coordination. He translates global energy goals into actionable policy by advising resident coordinators and UN country teams on shaping just-transition pathways and building "bankable-by-design" project pipelines. Prior to his current post, he was Programme Management Officer for the International Atomic Energy Agency. He has a PhD in Mathematical Economics and master’s degrees from LSE and University of Missouri.
