Hyunjong Joo is a consultant to the Cambodia Ministry of Public Works and Transport under the Knowledge Immersion Program, financed by the Republic of Korea e-Asia and Knowledge Partnership Fund and administered by the Asian Development Bank. Despite COVID-19 restrictions, he provides ICT support through virtual deployment.
