Kenji Takamiya Principal Economist, Central and West Asia Department, Asian Development Bank
Prior to joining ADB, Kenji Takamiya worked at the Japan International Cooperation Agency and a commercial bank. He holds a PhD and an MPhil, both from Cambridge University, an MA from Yale University, and an Executive Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School.
