Nikhil Bugalia holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Concrete Technology from the University of Tokyo, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He was a research associate at Asian Development Bank Institute from June 2019 to March 2020.
