Selcuk Caner has more than 25 years of expertise in economic, fiscal, trade, and financial policy gained through collaborations with prominent organizations such as the International Monetary Fund, Asian Development Bank, US Treasury, and KPMG. He holds a PhD in Economics from the State University of New York, an MSc in Applied Mathematics and a BSc in Business Administration from the Middle East Technical University.
