Dr. Soorin Yoon is a research fellow at the Center for Regional and Industrial HRD Research at the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (KRIVET). With nearly two decades of experience in human resource development, TVET policy, and workforce research, she has led national and international initiatives focused on skills development, regional labor markets, and vocational education systems. Her expertise spans comparative TVET research, international cooperation, and HRD governance. She holds a PhD in Sociology from Sogang University.
