Dr. Olivia is a medical doctor with training in business economics and public health. With over 20 years of experience, she has held technical and leadership roles with WHO and GIZ, and has worked closely with governments in Asia and Africa on universal health coverage, primary health care reforms, health financing, noncommunicable diseases, mental health, and determinants of health. She studied at the University of the Philippines and earned her medical degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Medical Center.
