Jem Porcaro
Senior Energy Partnership Specialist, World Bank

Jem Porcaro is helping scale up internal and external collaboration and partnerships to deliver on the World Bank's energy access initiatives in Africa. Prior to joining the World Bank, he led Sustainable Energy for All's work on energy access. He has more than 20 years’ experience working at the intersection of clean energy, climate change and international development. He holds a Master’s in International Energy Economics and Policy from Columbia University and a BSc in Environmental Engineering from Tufts University.
