Lisa Kircher has over 28 years of experience in the Philippines and other Asian countries. She is currently a consultant working on ocean health with the Environment Thematic Group at the Asian Development Bank. She is a certified Qualified Environmental Professional and has a master’s degree in environmental management from Yale University.
